Financial Women's Association & Citi

Neurodiversity at Work

We were delighted to collaborate with FWA WEimpact and Citi for their Dynamic Huddle—an open, story-rich panel that invited members to see neurodiversity not as a deficit, but as a vital part of human diversity.

From ADHD to autism to dyslexia, the conversation went beyond labels. Moderator Jacquline Chua (FWA Singapore, Membership Chair) guided an inspiring panel featuring our co-founder Dr Vivien Yang, neurodivergent corporate leader Himanshu Chaudhari, and leadership coach & psychologist Dr Perpetua Neo.

Together, they shared lived experiences, practical insights, and ways to work better with neurodivergent individuals—reminding us that inclusion is as much about understanding as it is about action.

It’s estimated that 15–20% of the global population is neurodiverse, yet every individual’s strengths, challenges, and experiences are unique. That’s why this discussion mattered—because workplaces thrive when all minds can contribute, not just those that fit a single “right” way of thinking.

The session closed with an interactive Q&A, where members exchanged questions, perspectives, and personal stories—building bridges of empathy and understanding.

At Uncommon Minds, we champion diversity of thought and advocate for spaces where all ways of thinking are valued. This panel was a reminder that diversity is more than meets the eye—and when we embrace it, we unlock creativity, collaboration, and connection.

Thank you to FWA WEimpact for leading this important conversation and to Citi for hosting everyone in a space designed for inclusion from the start.
