Playing to Every Strength

We were glad to join Adidas Southeast Asia’s neurodiversity event, Making the Invisible Visible—a vibrant, story-driven gathering that brought people together over good food, open conversations, and a shared commitment to inclusion.

From tasty bites by Professor Brawn to open, thoughtful conversations, it was a space where real stories could shine.

Our co-founder Vivien, along with Uncommon Minds Ambassadors Emily Yap and Grace Song, took time off work and school to join the dialogue—sharing lived experiences and sparking awareness around different ways of thinking.

This event was part of Adidas’ Global Week of Inclusion, where the focus was clear: shine a light on what’s often overlooked—neurodiversity.

The aim? To raise awareness, deepen understanding, and make room for the 1 in 5 people worldwide who think and process differently.

Throughout the week, team members and athletes opened up—from the workplace to the playing field. Their stories helped shift mindsets and celebrate the power of diverse perspectives.

Through storytelling, community, and real commitment, adidas showed what inclusion looks like—when it’s practiced, not just promised. And we were proud to be part of it.

Thank you Adidas Singapore for making these conversations possible.
